an introduction seems necessary,
and i’m finally doing the tumblr thing. seems weird, trying it out now. but i just realized that some of my thoughts are too big for twitter. and i need a place to store these said thoughts. so, hello tumblr. and hello, people who happen to be following me. and i’m realize i’m going to have to do something to break the ice here. so um. the following takes place between the dates of november thirtieth, nineteen ninety two, to february eleventh, two thousand and ten. this is a compilation of facts about said subject, nathaniel grant, complied by said subject. who watches too much 24. okay. xD. here it is.
1) i’m seventeen. have been for about three months now. and i think it’s my favorite age so far. except, you know. can’t hire strippers legally yet. -.-.
2) my mom is full italian, dad is full german. i’m the perfect crossbreed. gertalian?
3) i am basically fluent in italian. xD. they raised me speaking it, and it’s kind of just natural to me? i’m not as good as i was when i was eight though. in all the english, i’ve kind of lost some of the skills.
4) my first pet was a golden retriever, named honey. i had herr up until i was eight, and we moved. had to leave her, cause my dad was allergic, and the place we moved to wasn’t as open aired or something. i secretly think that was a lie, and he just hated her or something.
5) when i was four, my nonna gave me a purple stuffed elephant as a birthday gift. i still sleep with it.
6) i never liked the book, ‘where the wild things are’. it just freaked me out. why the hell would you want to play with monsters?
7) red has been my favorite color since i was three. i’m not one for changing it.
8) also, i only eat red candy sweet things. like, red gummi bears, red fruit snacks, red m&ms, starbursts, skittles. i don’t even know why. they’re just the only ones i like.
9) mountain dew is my favoritest drink in the world. i fear for my sperm count.
10) i have had. three girlfriends in my life. and i only count girls as a legit girlfriend, if we’ve gone out for more than a month.
11) my longest relationship has lasted a year and eight months.
12) i’ve never honestly broken up with a girl. instead, i have ways of making them break up with me. it lessens the rate of me making them cry.
13) i’ve never ever dated a blonde. wouldn’t mind though.
14) my best friend is a girl; we’ve been friends since the first day of fourth grade, when she made fun of me for wearing an elmo tshirt.
15) said best friend is also my ex-girlfriend.
16) i have a stutter. i’ve had like, five teachers to help fix my ‘speech impediment’, and it’s kind of gotten better. i really only stutter now, when i’m excited or nervous. it kind of sucked as an eight year old though.
17) i also have a lisp. bad luck when it comes to talking, as you see.
18) i’m really shy. am really not one to talk to other people first, unless i’m in this weird element of mine. so, chances are. if i don’t know you, i’m not talking to you. thus, you all should talk to me, first. :]
19) i like playing soccer. not football. soccer.
20) the ‘english’ way of typing bothers me. like, the favourite, and the u. i hate the u. i don’t see the point of putting extra letters in words that really don’t need them.
21) although. i like the people across the lake. especially the accents. have a certain fondness for the english ones.
22) i know how to do laundry. actually, i’m in charge of it.
23) cannot cook for shit though. have had many girls laugh at me at my fail, and the fact that i’m not very positive of when water is legit boiled without a thermometer.
24) i have a fondness for animal crackers.
25) i also like hats.
26) snow is my favorite kind of weather. i always go out in my boardshorts and go sledding on my rooof.
27) i can’t go to sleep without knowing that my brother and sister are in bed and asleep too.
28) there are stick on stars on my ceiling.
29) i might as well be the oldest sibling.
30) technically, i have six brothers and sisters. dad had three girls with his first wife. andd i have my older brother, younger brother, and my younger sister. so yes. big family.
31) i can zone out for more than three hours.
32) i just left this on my computer screen for an hour, while i ate lunch and watched the office. laptop is very hot now. D:
33) i love the water. swimming. the beach. except not when sand gets into my pants.
34) i am a pokemon fanboy. have all the games. collected the cards. i even have the pokedex. xD.
35) i think giant rabbits are honestly my biggest fear.
36) i tend to blush a lot.
37) there’s a scar on the tip of my elbow from when i was eleven. cousin put me on his shoulders, and we were racing someone else. he trips on his shoelace. fall. bleeding. i had to get seven stitches.
38) my birthmark is this white strip on my hip bone.
39) i always wake up at four in the morning, everyday. without fail.
40) i have the lightest eyes in my family.
41) i have the hugest crush on belle and ariel.
42) they tell me i have the weirdest taste in girls. but i don’t find it weird at all that i find glasses extremely hot.
43) i like to read. so far, i’ve read two books today, and it just turned two.
44) i am currently five foot eleven and a half. planning on growing taller.
45) my favorite movie is the land before time.
46) in my high school career, i have filled about twenty four notebooks. none of which have anything remotely related to school subjects inside.
47) i like to write. doesn’t mean i’m good at it though.
48) it bothers me when people people don’t use correct grammar/spelling when writing.
49) i like it when girls smell like vanilla.
50) i tend to go crazy on people’s birthdays/valentine’s day. as in, big gestures. i don’t like events going unnoticed.
51) i don’t wish on stars. instead, i wish on the moon, because stars can leave without a minute’s warning. but the moon is constant. you know it’s always going to be there.
52) one day, i want to live in a cabin in new zealand.
53) i have a hedgehog. his name is vinny.
54) i tend to be grounded for long amounts of time. this is currently the sixth week of my grounding.
55) i like to walk. i’ve ended up in other states before.
56) i tend to fall in love with girls that have three syllables in their names.
57) it takes me a while to tell a girl i like her.
58) i am currently in love with someone.
59) i like peanut butter. bark.
60) i’m afraid of growing up.
61) for the past month or so, i’ve had a feeling that i’m going to die soon.
62) i don’t plan on living past twenty nine.
63) i can’t sleep with my socks on. it just feels so awkward, like my feet are suffocating.
64) i sing in the shower.
65) i can play the guitar.
66) i can also play the piano.
67) and the harmonica.
68) i really am a choir boy.
69) i think i sleepwalk. have woken up in random places too many times to count. including on the diving board of my pool.
70) i like to sit on my roof.
71) i never smile in pictures purposely.
72) when i was twelve, i tried to run away from home. after my dad caught me, i never tried again.
73) my brother is the only reason i’m still here.
74) hello kitty and the fact that she has no mouth bothers me.
75) the carpet in my room is shag pink. it makes me feel retro.
76) i have a weird thing for eyes. i tend to make eye contact with random people a lot.
77) i give the best bear hugs ever to exist.
78) right now i am thinking about sitting in the dark and watching a movie with her. and now my arms feel lonely.
79) i tend to be overprotective and worry a lot about people i love.
80) cars make me feel claustrophobic.
81) i pulled an all nighter last night and don’t regret a single thing.

83) i still have no real idea what color my hair is. people have gotten into fights over whether it’s blonde or brown.

86) i have never flown a kite. really want to though.
87) i think the best feeling in the world is when i know that she’s smiling and the reason that she’s smiling is me. makes me feel like i’ve accomplished something.
88) after the blizzard, i dug a tunnel through the snow just to get to my best friend’s front door. i missed her.
89) i was born at exactly ten forty three am.
90) i am the type to stay up to wish happy birthday to you.
91) i honestly think rachel is my twin.
92) i hate science.
93) i like to keep the beat. which is why there’s always some part of me that’s moving.

95) my goal is to climb mount everest one day. i just like looking down and getting a perspective on how small everything really is.
96) i’m catholic, and practicing. even though i see no point to prayers, like the hail marys and the our fathers, i still think it’s a nice thought that these could actually influence something.
